Project: Samsung +/Skills Content

Goal: Create new content type to increase engagement with Samsung + app.

Tactics: Samsung + was a Customer Service/Loyalty app available to anyone with a Samsung mobile phone. 'Skills' were a content type my team developed that provided a variety of articles around a single theme with a gamification component. All headlines and content were written by my team under my editorial direction.

Results: Skills were one of the most visited types of content in Samsung +.
